Went through the drive thru at 6pm on a Sunday evening ordered 2 orders of the new ham and Swiss pretzel sliders and 2 drinks. We approached the window and waited for 5 minutes while watching someone cleaning inside, then a girl came to take our payment and give us our order. We were handed a bag and our 2 drinks. We live within 7 minutes of the Dunkin' upon arrival home I opened the bag to find they had not put our sliders in the boxes they come in but had just throw 4 burnt ones in a bag.
i think the workers are either genuinely stupid or just hate themselves. i’ve never encountered such bitter people at a drive thru. they also give me the wrong thing every time i order food. so i only get coffee now.
