I get it gets busy from time to time, but as someone who works in retail and coffee shops. The employees could pay more attention to inside guest as much as they are for the drive thru. We ordered 3 drinks and a box of munchkins, pretty standard. My family and i have been waiting for 25/30 mins now, they have served the 2 customers behind us. Not to mention a gentleman has been waiting the same amount of time to have his order taken, i have seen 4 guest walk in the store and walk out due to the wait!
