Stopped by yesterday afternoon to get an after school snack with my daughter. Female at the register taking our order was RUDE. “Can you give me your order quickly?!?!?” This was after waiting approximately 5 minutes to even order. We’ve had good service at our visits to Dunkin in the past. Today was different. I placed an online order over minutes ago. Went though drive thru. Sat in drive thru for 15-20 mins (which is crazy!). Decided to go inside to grab the donuts. Stayed in line for another 15 minutes waiting in line. They were short staffed and the cashier made all of the drinks each time she took an order.
