This dunkin donuts needs to work on their customer service. After stating what I wanted to order my girlfriend tried to order her food and the drive thru lady ignored her and then rudely stated that she had already closed the order without asking me if we wanted more
Went through the drive through to get a meal when she asked what I wanted to drink I just said give me a ice water she than argued with me that she can’t give me ice water that she would have to charge me more. REALLY I just wanted ice water and she was being difficult. I’ve got ice water at other locations for free but yet I’m buying a meal and just wanted water instead of the coffee it came with.
