I usually prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks — something about Dunkin’s coffee just hits right, and even their cold water tends to taste fresher. But this particular location really misses the mark. Same experience as previously reported. Coffee taste like water and cream. No coffee flavor at all. Called to let them know. They said the pot was fresh. Not sure what the issue is. Maybe the machine or maybe reusing the coffee grinds for more than one pot? Won't be back.
