I went yesterday, November 10th, around 2:56 p.m. for a pickup order. When I got to the drive-thru speaker, the lady said, “Can I help you?” I gave her my pickup name, and she told me to pull up. When I got to the window, she asked, “Do you have something here?” I said yes and gave my name again.
