Very disappointed with my experience today. We ordered a Pink Lemonade at the drive-thru, but were given a Mango Refresher instead. When I told the lady on drive thru that it wasn’t our drink, she responded with a rude attitude rather than simply correcting the mistake. She remade the drink, closed the window, and seemed upset the entire time. When I finally received the replacement drink, it tasted like plain water with almost no flavor. The drive-thru staff (around 7–8 AM on 5/27/26), specifically the person taking and handing out orders, was extremely rude for no reason. Customer service definitely needs improvement.
I am always unsure why I come to this location. Literally no one has manners also I am paying $7 for literal milk with a hint of green. Complete waste of money. So sad why is every dunkin like this
The avocado toast is not avocado at all - it's the packaged stuff, acidic (i'm sure filled with preservatives). Will not but it again. edit: came back to remove the 2 stars I gave this place because I was recently overcharged intentionally and I'll tell you why I believe it was intentional. I ordered 5 specialty donuts in the drive thru, was not given a receipt but I had the kids restless in the car so I drove away not thinking much about it.
