Customer service horrible Please do not eat here they would do Something to your food if you complain about the order they messed up these are the type of people working here once again please don’t eat here I complained about my bacon egg and cheese being cold it came back hot and with 3 strings of long brown hair in it
I have never had such a consistently negative experience at any Dunkin’ until visiting this location. My concern isn’t about wanting exceptional customer service, I literally don’t care as long as I get my order how I like it. My issue here is about the refusal to accommodate basic customer requests to enjoy their food or drinks. The manager, in particular, makes visiting this store unpleasant.
