Store never has any donuts. The service is slow and the selection of donuts is poor.
Service is great and so is the food and drinks, however the manager working here named "Dee" is not a very good fit for Dunkin, or managing in general. She's extremely rude, gets angry at every tiny thing, and I've noticed one of the other employees there was out of it so I asked if she was doing okay and she told me she was sick and that she would get written up if she tried to leave. Very friendly staff, especially Koi who made me the best latte ever!!! I come here all the time and will continue to do so
I figured I’d try after reading the reviews. I ordered ahead and they had it ready on time, but I asked for less ice and this is what was on the counter waiting for me. Just over half full. Wasn’t very good either. Will not be going back.
