Worst experience ever! Menu not working, staff rude and cut off before an order was placed. Then laughed about it. I went in to get managers name and was ignored.
You have to give some credit to a group of young adults and high schoolers managing the emotions of a bunch adults during a Saturday morning rush. Could there be a smoother order of ops and less attitude? Probably, but high five to a crew who worked through it.
[Updated 8/2026] This place has made a complete 180 after the new general manager started here. The staff are welcoming and greet you when you come in. Orders are out quickly and it's overall a much better experience.
Love dunkin donut, however this was a dump. Served us barely even warm coffee, missed a whole bunch of our food items, wake up wraps look like someone stepped on them before packing it. Im surprised they were even able to take our order and had the audacity to ask for a tip. Bunch of teenage girls messing around while working.
Good coffee, but I didn't get my points or the 150 extra points I was supposed to get.
