Great iced drinks. Great service and location.
I was there earlier making an order and a woman who seemed to be on her first week was trying to help serve me. I watched as she asked a question and the manager took it to a completely different level. It almost looked like she was talking at her and not trying to help. When the girls explained she understood everything except for how to ring it up, the manager kept cutting her off to tell her to just let her teach her. Horrible experience. This location did not provide sugar with a Box of Joe order. When I called and asked why, the lady said "We ran out of sugar and only get sugar replenished to the store once a week" 😂 Liar! This location is a RIP-OFF and useless when it comes to customer service. Do not go to this location.
As a regular customer, I routinely put up with less-than-average service at this Mineral Ave, Littleton location, and the person at the window asking for a tip for simply handing me my donut! But today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Pulled into the drive-through, and a terse voice came over the speaker. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant, but they didn't have any. They were "getting ready to make some".
