New place design is cold and unfriendly. Same staff who don't know how to run tickets. Placed order on kiosk, then people in line after we placed our order are getting theirs and walking out. We just ordered 2 donuts/ bagel bites and a cold brew. This was Sunday morning on 3/8/26. Just go straight to the line and avoid the kiosk if you have no choice and have to go here.

Worst Dunkin I've been to. Walked in only 3 people in the place, they have already been served. I ordered off kiosk, mix of 36 donuts. Waited for 30 min, watched people walk in after me order, get their breakfast sandwich coffee and leave. Ridiculous wait for just donuts.
