Customer service here is fine. The workers are generally nice even when they're busy! However, I feel like the coffees are always inconsistent. I have ordered the same drink on different occasions and it always comes out different each time. The inconsistency is honestly the only reason why I wouldn't recommend going to this location. It's a waste of your money if you don't enjoy the product you're receiving.
It would be a perfect 5 star, but you lose 2 stars for not having Mayonnaise 🫙. You can't have a breakfast sandwich 🥪 without Mayo. Your in the South, you could have packets, however you do have Ketchup. What in the world would you put Ketchup on at a Dunkin'?
Reasonable wait times and all business from the employies
This location is much better than the Trotwood location that never seems to have products. Much more friendly staff also. Would highly recommend.
