There is no sense of urgency here. Takes way too long, fire everyone and start over.
Line is always so long for no reason. Be prepared to wait a good 15-20 mins in line. They make drinks out of order, so if you get a cold or iced drink, it’s basically melted by the time you get to the window. Workers are always in a bad mood, which I understand working fast food/ customer service is horrible but at least fake a smile.
This is a weekly stop for iced coffee and never disappointed.
would *not* go here if you’re in a hurry. even the drive through. takes 10-15 to get a drink in the drive through. Drive through girl (on the day of this review, at 11am) seemed super out of it. i asked for an iced coffee w tiramisu syrup. sticker said French vanilla. There wasn’t any syrup at all. I don’t even mind if the service isn’t sunshine and rainbows, just get the timing and coffee right 🫡
