I ordered an iced coffee just now with coffee milk and was charged for it, but it came with cream when I tried to tell the guy at the window. He argued with me. I am never coming back.
I don’t like to leave reviews because I believe sometimes bad days happen. But everytime I go here they always mess up my order. Today they gave me a latte with all milk not a drop of coffee inside. Normally I would go in but I had my children with me and did not want to drag them in. Y’all need better management and better training on how to make drinks this is crazy & I wasted the last bit of money I had
I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches which was supposed to be sausage and egg on a butter crescent, instead I got a hard burnt bagel with egg and bacon. Dunkin donut used to be my favorite place to stop for coffee. This is not the first time this happened, but this will be the last.
