The place had 3 people inside and then the drive thru with maybe 5 cars. It took the lady at the front 10 minutes to even notice we were there and then the donuts were stale and the hash-browns were broken and just a mush ball in the rapper. At a donut place you should not have stale donuts at 8am maybe at 12 or something but this was not ok for an 8am breakfast.
Couldn't make half the the items on the menu because they turned off the ovens an hour and a half before close. No thanks, ill take my money somewhere else.
Today, I waited in a long drive thru line, paid nearly $30 for my order, and when I got my food it was all cold. This is now the second time this has happened to me at this location. Based on the convenience of the drive thru, I returned after the first mishap. I can confidently say that I’ll never be back. I’d rather get out of my car, and go into ANY OTHER Dunkin’ Donuts, than sit in the drive thru at this one only to get cold food. Just a heads up And come there every morning around 10 o'clock 11 o'clock and then try to pay with a $50 bill and you can't pay
