I ordered an extra large black coffee. Got down the road, took a drink out of it.....cream and sugar. This is the third time this has happened at this location, not getting my business anymore.
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for 5 years now and within those 5 years the staff have been so excellent and Kind. There are multiple employees that have been so great! Even going the extra mile in memorizing my specific order and my toddlers favorite Donut. Nyah a fantastic employee who always remembers our order and takes the time to give us the best Customer service, always smiling, always so kind and friendly.
