Drive thru is suppose to be quick. Leaves his microphone on while he talking to other people so you don’t know when he ready for your order. It’s been getting worse for the last few months.. my last day here

Decent staff, orders are correct
Unreliable and inefficient. In an attempt to provide coffee and donuts to a very early work meeting for 40+ employees, The day prior, I called ahead to schedule a few dozen donuts and four "Box of Joes". I was told it would be ready for a 4:30am pickup. When I arrived the manager on staff did not have any knowledge of my order nor did they have the materials to provide me the full order.
