Prices at check out are not as advertised on their menu. A drink and size will be one price on the menu but significantly higher when it comes time to pay, by several dollars. Felt like a bait and switch.

The coffee used to be so good. Now it's terrible. It tastes like coffee flavored water, mostly water. I gave it 2 chances at 2 different locations. Same horrible taste. No more for me
