I called at 9:37am on Wed April 1, 2026. Called to asked about a promo going on, and to inquire about stock on an item since sometimes the app isn’t accurate…Dude had no idea what I was talking about for the promo that was active at every single store, then as I was about to ask about the item, he says “oh no manager here sorry I busy” and hangs up in the middle of my sentence…I called again and said “hey I just called I was trying to ask a question and you blew me off and hung up on me….” Idk what he said back. They seemed annoyed that they were there, not much on the shelves and just standing there on their phones. Won't go back there. My sister goes there and said everytime she goes they are rude.
I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and a mango pineapple refresher like I do every morning. When I opened my bagel it had black flakes all over the top and piece of a napkin STUCK to the bottom half of the bagel. Didn't even eat it and the drink tastes off. This is not the first time I've had issues like this at this location. Just go to Starbucks, pricier but cleaner.
