The new design inside and out is a joke. Double drive thru takes up all parking. Handicap is on the side in a dangerous location where people exit the drive thru. No room to sit inside. I ordered food I waited I never got it. Just ended up walking out. Was almost hit in the parking lot. It's a accident waiting to happen. Hire someone that has a clue whats going on. Like a Manger on duty maybe. I couldn't even back out because the drive thru backed up and people parked on the side of the building.
literally ordered a mobile order, went in after 10 minutes. They ignored me for at least 5-7minutes and then put little to no creamer in my drink, they were rude. I was late to work, I think I waited at least 20-30 minutes in total for a wrap and a coffee. Terrible too. Cold and had no flavor
