There is a young lady who greets me every time I see her with a smile. She sometimes wears a beanie. My drink I get AT THIS LOCATION always tastes the same!
I ordered two drinks and bacon. When we got our hot coffee it was maybe 3/4 full and not hot. The bacon was raw and cold. Like just came out of the fridge cold. When we initially pulled up to the voice box the first person was rude. The Second Lady was much nicer at the voice box when she cut #1 off and when she was at the window. Only went here as a last resort and it solidifies I will never ever go to another Dunkin.
Shocked by so many bad reviews, this is the most consistent DD in the area in my opinion. Always quick, orders right, foods not burned or stale. The lincolnway Dunkin is downright awful, always out of espresso and foods gross. Not this location!
Save your money- Go to starbucks or McDonalds instead. After change in ownership service & food have gone down hill. Visited many times hoping for better service as they are next to my nail place, and every time I am disappointed. Communication- staff lacks english proficiency to take orders, under stand basic instructions or drink modifications as well as questions on promotions/coupons.
