This place is fantastic always have what I want. Everyone working there are wonderful especially the manager Latoya, Kisha who never fails on my cook order and the number one barista Aliciamarie the word amazing is an understatement and she keeps the place shine bright like a diamond
NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE SO HOW DO U CANCEL MY ORDER ?? + went today they remade my drink 3x and it still doesn’t taste right idk if something is expired!! or they are just not making it correct . i will just keep going to monroe location or the indian trail HWY location because i tell them the same thing i tell everyone else my order is the same everyday and its most of the time tasting bad from this location ONLY. (LAY R. is my order account )
If you like like coffee and donuts you like Dunkin. Large chain that spans the US. One that puts this in one of the top Dunkins in my area is the service.
2nd time this is happened. I ordered a large brown sugar shaken espresso and it’s 85% ice): idk if this is the recipe or employee related but when I order a large it’s because I want/need a lot of coffee lol tasted delicious though.
Make you wait 20 minutes just to give a cold sandwich that shouldve been hot
