This place deserves negative stars. The customer service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, the staff were dismissive and disrespectful, which completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do better.
All workers very nice, Bianca is a very hard worker and seems to be always up to par with all customers, Any time I walk in she always makes my coffee with care. Shes very quick and efficient. Whoever the manager is she does a great job keeping her workers in check very rare to find at a Dunkin.
This place is awful , worst Dunkin I’ve ever visited . They’re all rude , unprofessional & the order is NEVER done as requested . I’m not sure how they’re still operating.
This place is obsurd. Tried giving me a coffee from an empty tap. If you don't know what that means, it shoots out pure foam of whatever liquid is in it(cold brew in my case). I get them to remake it and I receive an attitude and a remade coffee. I also order 2 other drinks, a coffee and refresher. The coffee came out as it usually would. The refresher? I had to ask myself the same thing, where is it? I'm looking at 3 out of 5 employees not including manager and I'm the only person left in the store. I have to ask them to ma... read more
