One of the worst Dunkins I’ve ever been to. The staff barely speak English and can’t understand or correctly make orders. It took 20 minutes to make a tea and a coffee. The young guy working was inappropriate and took more time staring at the female patients’ backsides than making the 4 drinks people were waiting on. Of all of the people working there, only one was actually doing anything, albeit poorly. I would avoid this one completely.
I’m usually not one to care to review but I have never had something like this happen lol. I ordered through the mobile app and ordered a “ vanilla crème cold brew.” I usually order cold brews when I go to either Starbucks or Dunkin so I’m familiar with the drink. I also saw the picture for it on the app. When he hands me the drink I could already tell he had made a frozen drink. Dirtiest Dunkin I was ever at. Coffee was luke warm with way too much cream. I will never go there again.
