Dirtiest Dunkin I was ever at. Coffee was luke warm with way too much cream. I will never go there again.
This Dunkin' location in Kennett Square has great staff members that care about the quality of the food being served. I've had a pick up order and the employees inventory was out of stock on some doughnuts that were in my Dozen Doughnut order. The employee made some similar substitutions and gave me an extra doughnut for the troubles about being out of certain flavors. Great customer service was shown at this location. Keep up the good work -Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.
I don’t usually post reviews but after this I have to! I stopped for a quick breakfast bite on my way to work. The food quality was terrible. My sandwich was covered in black dirty grill debris and the hash browns had to be yesterday’s and re-fired multiple times and somehow a soggy mess. Good thing I didn’t plan to eat those anyway but the food quality here has gone way down!
Worst dunkin by a longshot in chester county. Employees are awful and get angry when you ask them why items are flat out missing from orders. Once I ordered to this location by accident, I was 20 minutes away - the order wasn't even started by the time I got there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Thought I could stop into this Dunkin on my way to work but sad to say wish I didn’t and saved my money. I ordered a plain bagel, toasted with veggie cream cheese and a side of hash browns. Got the plain bagel part right but not the toasted request. Didn’t even do it. Must have put in an oven for a second. It was only piping hot. Turned out to be rubber once it cooled off.
