Best dunkin
Waited over 20 mins for a breakfast sandwich and a bagel. Bagel was cold even tho we asked them if it was toasted, and they said yes. I asked for extra chipotle sauce in my breakfast sandwich, which they didn't put. I've had multiple bad experiences here, and when its brought up, they just make excuses. The staff here needs to be retrained, and the place needs to be cleaned up regularly as well.
I guess my son and I were invisible. Stood at the counter waiting for service, and nobody acknowledged us. Folks in need training in customer service.
My daughter and I went there for breakfast. We tried there $5 breakfast meal. Not bad for the price. Definitely will go back again.
