The service that I received was the worst ever. I asked the server for an opion on how to make my drink and he stated that he didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m from out of the country and I’m new to ordering Dunkin Donuts. I have never had matcha here before and he didn’t even try to help me.Then, when I got my drink, it was a small and the entire cup was filled with ice (there was barley any beverage itself). The guy at your shop at 3334 west 95th on 8/30/2025 at around 5pm is the worst employee i have ever encountered. He was on his phone and we were a border to him. When I complained about his service he was still on his phone and told me to just go. I know you can get a better employee.
Don’t even think about coming in here Super rude made my coffee with basically only oat milk and not a hit of espresso gross
