This location consistently botches even the simplest of orders. Via drive thru, anything more than a small black coffee seems to confound the staff. Inside, I often have to have something on the order corrected. Lack of training? Lack of skilled employees? Whatever it is, find another donut stop...
The girls running drive through don’t listen , and are too busy on their phones . Repeated my order twice , got the incorrect order twice ! There’s a reason why they have 87 sanitation score . The management needs to do better .
Drive thru customer service 0 stars. Unfortunately the closest one to where I live. I mainly go there in the mornings hoping not to find the same rude person in the drive thru. Not going back until they change that person from the window. Has a short and blond hair.
Service is terrible. The view into the facility from Drive Thru was scary 😨 dirty floor. Think that was my last time going.
