Worse Customer Service I have seen in a long time. Disrespectful female employee overcharged me, a "manager " stepped in to correct the matter.. However, the female employee spoke to me like I was some" hood" person on the street !, not like a customer. It felt very racist. I am not sure what has happened to this location, but too many African Americans patronize this establishment for us to to be mistreated, as I will be taking my African American dollars elsewhere. They never have any donuts or bakery items. It's the closest location to me and they never have anything on hand. No matter the time of day. It doesn't make any sense to me.
So, this is my third edit for this Dunkin. I still love their coffee, but in the past month they've gotten my coffee wrong 4x. I went back 3x for an easy exchange, but never an apology. The last time it happened I was too far away, but I'd already decided to stop wasting and learned to make my flavored swirl at home...and it's delicious. I'll go back, but only on occasion.
