They can't get an order right if their lives depended on it!!! Service is horrible!!
Went to Dunkin Donuts 🍩 on 87th and kedzie for 2 pints of ice cream. Upon entering there were 2 employees who looked up and never said a word. The girl was working on a drive thru order and the guy kept doing what he was doing. Went and got my 2 pints of ice cream and patiently waited to pay. The girl came over the transition was made and it was only then she asked if I wanted my receipt which I took and left. So rude so unprofessional and will not be going back no time soon. That's how you lose business.
Came here at 10:30. We went to the drive through and twice around there was a man there just ignoring use once the secound time it was apparently obvious he was ignoring us. If it closes at 10:30
