So, this is my third edit for this Dunkin. I still love their coffee, but in the past month they've gotten my coffee wrong 4x. I went back 3x for an easy exchange, but never an apology. The last time it happened I was too far away, but I'd already decided to stop wasting and learned to make my flavored swirl at home...and it's delicious. I'll go back, but only on occasion.
Went in there for a two scoop Sunday repeated it three times and he still couldn't get it right waited over 20 minutes and then he wanted me to go back around again when in there got a refund I want to go there again
This Dunkin’ Donuts should be close. The customer service that represents Dunkin’ Donuts is terrible. The manager is rude and seems overly worked and stressed out and he’s taking it out on the customers Dunkin’ Donuts as a whole needs to revamp his customer service for the amount of loyal customers that they have coming every morning it’s ridiculous that this is the first greeting we get shut it down or re-staff it.
