I am very disappointed with the treatment I received at this location. I placed a mobile order and waited more than 15 minutes, while walk-in customers who ordered at the counter were served immediately. When I respectfully asked about the delay, the staff(an employee in her 50’s), rude and told me that “people ordering at the counter have priority,” and even suggested that I check if someone else had taken my order. very slow rude manager
Slow services and employees always with a bad attitude.
I went to Dunkin before work I wanted and everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a small hot tea three creams six sugars. My whole entire order was wrong and it was too late to go back. Some jobs care about productivity more than quality, speed, and time more than the quality. I think this restaurant needs to learn about quality. I know speed is a big thing because it is Dunkin and a lot of people order in the mornings. But double checking and making sure that all orders are correct should be top priority as well ... read more
