I walked in today (6-5-26) hoping to grab a coffee and a donut. I noticed 4 employees. First one was outside on the phone, 2nd one was inside sitting at the table also on the phone. 3rd one was serving drinks to drive-thru customers, and the 4th one was standing close to the register with her back turned, on the phone. I know that both of them did notice me but neither one of them cared to provide service. So I was tryng to wait and see maybe I just got someone having a bad day so the hot caramel macchiato was horrible. But today Sunday went again this the 3rd time I get the worst caramel macchiato another $5.36 wasted smh. Old coffe not even hot at all and don’t even taste like an original caramel macchiato. Shame
