The service is butt not going to lie there’s an old lady there who is annoying and always mad for no reason she rushes people she is very disrespectful and she always wants to curse at customers and start arguments she tossed my coffee at the table once and it spilled and she got mad at me and refused to make me another coffee the other workers had to apologize and make me a new one I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for a while now and I am so tired of this lady
First and last time stopping at this Dunkin, close this place down , drive thru line took longer than 30 mins, writing this review as I wait,
I often show patience when awaiting my order but this Duncan two thumbs down! I was on drive thru/ pick up first. The line was just at a stand still. After not moving for about 10 mins devoting just inside to try and pick up my mobile order. Once inside went to the young lady at the register. She was very accommodating explained my situation and she handed me my drinks. Told me that food would be right up. Waited patiently another 10-15 minutes.
