The wait time to be served is eternal, even without people in the place. The staff is despotic and rude with a terrible attitude.
Literally waited 25 minutes in the drive through and was very patient because i know the fast food industry could be rough but to be missing 3 things from my order and not have simple things done right like adding butter to my sandwiches is unacceptable

One of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Tell me how is it possible for the drive thru line to wait a whole 30 min for my order. Also I’m writing this as I’m still sitting in line
