As usual, went there this morning and shock of shocks, they got my order wrong. I call to complain, it automatically hangs up on you. Thanks for terrible service, mediocre food and orders you get right 1/4 of the time.
What I ordered vs what I got He said we don’t have the star donut. So I said okay replace it with a glaze and a powder donut.. What the heck is the chocolate thing? where is the powder donut? What about my strawberry sprinkled? Then the chat gonna offer me 500 points no refund me and stop playing in people faces.
Where do I begin? I ordered the Chipotle hash brown sunrise wrap, a medium hazelnut latte, and a vanilla cream filled donut. I chose to go inside because the drive-thru line was wrapped all the way around the building at 11:00 a.m. And not only did it take 20 minutes for them to complete my order, but two other people came in 10 minutes after I did and they got their order's before I got mine.
