If you want dunkin go to the one in Clyde down the road. The Fremont location, no matter what time of day, busy or not, they always have something wrong. I ordered one croissant with just bacon on it and another with just bacon and cheese. I got a croissant sandwich with bacon and cheese and another with sausage and cheese. That is not what I ordered and this isn't the first time something like this has happened.
Got home when to pick up my coffee out of the car and the lid fell off, it was not secure, spilled all over my chest and down my leg into my shoe, it’s burned really bad, emailed customer support and took 5 days to get back and asked for my rewards ID, been a few days since and still nothing. Store is ok, but I won’t support corporations who don’t look into issues.
I don't usually have issues with Dunkin but today it wasn't so great. Ordered two Turkey sausage egg and cheese croissants and only received one and that one was awful!! Not only was the croissant and cheese extremely burnt and bitter, but there was a hair in the sandwich as well! I understand how chaotic things can get working a busy coffee shop so i'm not here to bash anyone. I go here often for my iced coffee and every team member is extremely polite and amazing! The Fremont, Ohio, location is the only one worth visiting! The ladies there are always so polite, and my drink is always spot-on.
