Abysmal experience from start to finish. We waited at the ordering kiosk for 15 minutes, only to spend another 15 minutes waiting after we pulled up. When we got to the window, the store was completely empty except for employees blasting loud, terrible scream rock music. Customer service was non-existent. To top it all off, after making us wait 30 minutes, they didn't even bother telling us they were out of chocolate milk until the very end, offering regular milk as a substitute instead. Rick it was awesome and very kind person
I ve noticed alot of Dunkin's the quality of donuts has gone downhill. They dont taste fresh anymore - and, I went about 10 am today. The cashier , and iced coffee was great!
