Placed a mobile order at 7:30am Arrived at 7:50 & the doors were locked with the lights off. Only helping people through the drive thru. Wasted an additional 30 min waiting in line to pick up my order. So many people arriving were walking up to just pick up an order and that wasn’t available. They don’t answer the phone either.
Food was as expected, but the service pretty lame, the guy that took my order was a smart ass, and looked homeless.
Service here is great: fast & friendly. Rick was really nice and pleasant, made me feel welcomed and made the atmosphere feel light and relaxing just with his presence.
Stale donuts and coffee made wrong.
