On Friday may 22nd at appx 8:15 am I had arrived at this locations drive thru and they greeted me with “what can I get you ?” No hi goodmorning welcome and i understand if it were a rush and packed but it wasn’t . I proceed with “may I order an iced coffee medium “ and before I can say can I get it light and sweet with caramel the lady on the headset said “ is that all “ and I said can I get it light and sweet and she kept saying is that all after every word I said , I felt rushed and said with an attitude. Rachel's service in Goshen, NY, was truly exceptional! She always greets you with a warm smile and incredible politeness, making every visit a delight.
Staff and the manager is very rude. My daughter just Ordered a Carmel Cold Foam and the lady with tatoos at the drive thru right now yelled at her saying we don't have that's on the menu !!! It's clearly says Carmel Cold Foam !
Customer Service extremely rude. Needs more training. Visited Tuesday April 7th at 1235pm. Corporate needs to step in. Too many rude employees here and the other reviews back it up. Something needs to change here.
