As a Goshen resident I’ve gone to this location many times especially in the past year the customer service had gotten better few of the Employees there especially Britt would know exactly how I liked my drinks as well as my daughters always friendly energetic made sure other peoples orders were perfect from what I could hear and see from the drive through window some associates have been fired which has drastically changed the quality and customer service of this location today I went expecting to see Britt and was informed... read more
On 8.28.26 at around 9:00am, I ordered donuts at the drive through. The girl at the window was great, but the jelly and boston cream donuts were not. I think each donut had about a teaspoon of filling if that. 3/4 of the donut was gone before you got to the filling! Others that I shared with noticed it too! Not the first time I've experienced that here. I tell myself that I won't buy them there again, but thinking things would change I did and was disappointed!
