went to drive through after class (i’m a college student) and the ladies there were super sweet! they were super friendly and gave me lots of smiles, definitely will come back

It's rare that you come across a Dunkin that gets your order right every time. I absolutely love this Dunkin. The service is fast and the employees are nice. My coffee always has the best taste and comes out perfect every time I order it. The food comes out hot and fresh and the munchkins are always soft with the right amount of glaze. Kudos to management!
How hard is it to get a coffee order correct? Literally word for word with simplicity. NO cream or sugar means NO cream or sugar! You are in a business with food and drink and customer service. You need to look the customer in the face, open your ears and listen to their orders and input it correctly into the computer/register. If the people in the back can’t read and follow directions then they should not be working in a customer base business where orders are made.
