Their using regular cream and sugar for their flavored lattes AS IF you cannot tell the difference!!!
Unhelpful, RUDE. 1 min from my work but never again. I'll drive 20 min round trip before I get treated like that again 1st thing in the morning.
It's pretty amazing how often orders are made incorrectly at this location. More often than not, entire ingredients are absent in drink orders. I've had drinks that were missing syrups, sweeteners, and dairy altogether. These are on menu items, not custom orders. For example, I have ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso 4 times here this year, and 3 times it has been made wrong. Twice with no sweetener and once with no oatmilk at all. Consistently terrible!
The customer service here absolutely SUCKS. The employees working the drive thru need to learn how to open their mouths and greet customers respectfully. These drive thru employees who act like they do not like working at Dunkin should QUIT.
