3 people serving at this very empty store. Not a 'hello', not a 'here is your order', no acknowledgement, NOTHING!!! I already used the kiosk to minimize thier contact but seriously the guy didn't even let me know my order was ready. He just put it on the counter and walked away. Then they wonder why they don't get tipped. Didn't know Dunkin was hiring NPCs Do better.
My husband and I got 2 iced coffees and didn't pick the right flavors. I went inside and the lovey ladies working there made the changes. Super friendly professional and overall amazing! I know customer service is not easy but I wanted to shout them out for going above and beyond! Truly the best DUNKIN store.
A little slow but was good, workers do not let you know the specials even if they know you are paying too much.
