My coffee was ice cold. The girl took it back, microwaved it and gave it back luke warm. She was mad because I said something. This location sucks
The brunette manager for the morning shift is god awful here. When ordering, say you have 3 items to order, you’ll order the first two and she’ll say “okay see you at the window” without giving you the chance to order more. Her customer service skills are terrible as well. The guy who works window is phenomenal however. I truly suggest you secret shop this location and see how you’re treated by the female manager.
They always mess up the coffee and use the wrong cheese for food.
