today was by far the worst service experience ive had here and i have been coming at least 2x a week dor the past couple months. the service has been rapidly going downhill. today there was barely anyone in line for the drivethru, one person in front of me in line, and it still took 10 mins to even take my order. and, the cashier left the desk while i was trying to pay. even people in line often complain and joke with me about the service occasionally. it seems like theres no sense of urgency, this isnt "fast food". maybe do... read more
