Bad service
I usually am in and out at this Dunkin but recently experienced the worst customer service the one time that there was any form of interaction outside of just saying my order. The man who seems to be the manager at first attempted to help me fix my app to get the free coffee with a purchase . When that failed he decided to be frustrated because he had already made the coffee. He proceeded to snatch my phone from my hand after I verbalized due to the app not working that I would have preferred not to get that coffee. I had to... read more
