Always order on mobile with drive thru pickup and only location in the Pensacola area where my order is always ready and the service is super friendly. I will drive an extra 5 minutes out of my way to work to get my morning coffee from this location versus the others.
Dunkin donuts is one of my favorite places for breakfast. Unfortunately when I got my breakfast sandwich, it was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. It's not like anyone's asking for a five-star gourmet meal. But hot food would be. I think basic. They have to know that they served cold food.
Why is the music so loud? You can't sit and have a normal conversation while eating or enjoying your drink. Fast service. Place is always busy but the wait is never more than a minute. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Never go in at night they have everything put up won't make coffee you pretty much can't get anything it's like they are closed down hours before they are supposed to this place is a joke and the works don't wanna work they just rude and definitely not perfesonal they are running this place in the ground stay away !!
