The staff here couldn’t care less about the customers or their orders. I’ll never come back.
They are very friendly and drive-Thru is fast.
I will never come back to this dunkin again! Not only do they lack customer service, but they hire the rudest of the rude. I ordered a mocha iced coffee with extra cream, sugar, extra mocha (their coffee has a super weird aftertaste like the pots aren't cleaned properly). Was given the amount of $2.80. Pulled up to the window, and he shoves me a medium pumpkin spice. I explained that it was not what I had ordered, and the boy tells me to take it or leave it and get out. I absolutely love this place.. I'm a regular.. And I enjoy their humor.. And memory of all the regulars and their tastes
one morning I stood in line waiting to be served and I saw as roach running right up the display case, when I pointed it it out to the person behind the counter his response was "there are just too many of them in here to worry about that one". I was horrified. I couldn't get out of there fast enough, a long with most everyone else in line. I went home and called the corporate office to inform them as to what happened. their solution was to offer me a free donut. seriously? no thanks.
Mocha Coconut anything, trust me...you will fall in love! Preferably coolata, latte, or iced latte!!!!!
I got a medium coffee and for $1.95 and I gave her $2 and they man had to MAKE her open the register back up to give me my change. It was only a nickle but come on atleast ask me if I want my change.
Only language barrier I've ever run across here are the type of people who speak LOUDER if someone doesn't understand their incredibly poor American English.
They were rude!
