This was my first visit to Dunkin Donuts and the address is 3250A Memorial Blvd. Murfreesboro,TN. From the moment I walked in the staff were so nice and helpful. I had my first Caramel Cold Coffee and they helped me throughout and made sure it was to my taste. Then they told me the pumps of each so I would have it for my next visit. They gave well deserved service and service appreciated by the customer. A+
After waiting 10 minutes for my avocado toast it was burnt. And the restaurant is filthy.
Very displeased after my expierience here this morning. Shoving a credit card machine in my face and continuing your conversation while you expect me to give you a tip for getting my order wrong, telling me it's right, finally realizing it's wrong, and lethargically fixing it. I don't drink coffee, my family does. Seems like everyone working here could use a cup.
