Super slow. Like, really really really slow. Just be patient if you really want to get drinks/food here, if not, go elsewhere. It takes a lot of time to get one drink. So slow. My favorite drink: decaf ice dunkenlatte + 2 pumps of toasted almond syrup + strawberry coldfoam

Either the employees are mistrainned or the espresso shots they're pulling are WATER. Their perspective on a "latte" is 100% misconstrued. I orderd a small iced latte and got a cup of milk, syrup, and maybe the smallest hint of espresso in it. The color of the so called "latte" wasn't even dark enough to be beige! I understand a latte is mainly just milk with an espresso shot, but the ratio was wayyy off and I didn't receive the product that dunkin advertises. Do not come to this location. Nothing but disappointment.
