This location is cheap, to charge for an ice water when a customer orders coffee and food is stupid. Charge someone who doesn't order anything, that's understandable. But not a paying customer. If Starbucks doesn't charge for water, then neither should you. These cheap franchise owners need to wake up.
Food was stale and/or overcooked. Manager/owner not concerned about his customers, instead, poor service.
