Worst service . Lazy workers
Roaches on the wall, poor communication with customers about 20 minute wait time. Staff most definitely saw roaches on the wall in food prep area. Did nothing.
I am a regular at this location for the 6-7 am rush but lately the service has been horrible. The lines are backed up for AT LEAST 5 minutes, the customer service is poor, and today the employee handed me my coffee and the lid fell off and hot coffee spilled all over me. I asked for help and she handed me 2 napkins and turned from the window even though I was waving and honking my horn for more napkins.
For the most part I love this place. The staff very welcoming and nice. Only once I had an issue recently and it was Sunday and the front door was locked which was odd. There was no sign that it was gonna be closed to come in. But the drive through was open but it was so busy and LONG line .. so decide to skip it. Other than that I keep going back and I hope next time if the door is closed maybe good idea to put sign at least why. Little explanation.
