Such a hopeless location this is. They are so busy taking orders but don't care about fulfillment. It took 20 mins to get half dozens donuts in person. They don't even look at people inside store. Only care about drive-thru order. They lost my orders. Order slips fly to the floor. Instead of waiting here for long, prefer to go to another 2 miles at different dunkin location. May be this location should have zero star option for service.
Not as clean as it used to be. The staff always seems so surprisingly overwhelmed. Refusing to take orders at their 2 registers and directing everyone to the kiosks is beyond silly.
Lady with the short hair and tattoos just argues with customers all day while providing poor service. This used to be my favorite dunkin… Not anymore!
