I had some extra time in Miami and told my wife I wouldn’t drink any booze so I dropped by for an ice cream. The set up here is different and you almost have to be a skilled linguist to get through some of the myriad languages and accents. Not much in ice cream selection. No chocolate chip, no chocolate almond. Kind of hunh, why am I here.
Terrible service at the morning. We ordered a wake-up wrap 7:28 a.m and took 30 min to find out that they didn’t have the ordered and worst they didn’t give us the receipt.
The only dunkin donuts that doesnt know how to make ice coffee
Absolutely terrible customer service. I don’t even know why I went back to this Dunkin’—they’re known for being slow and unhelpful. I asked for a small cup of coffee and waited over 10 minutes. I politely asked the guy at the register if he could make it. He said he “only works the register,” even though there was no one else in line. When I asked for a refund, that also took 10 minutes. I pointed out that he could’ve made the coffee in the time it took to process the refund, but he repeated that he “can’t do anything else.”... read more
