They said they dont have hot coffee lol.i used this place 3-4 times during my vacation .it is definitely worst dunkin i seen it
Bad customer service
I had a frustrating experience at Dunkin’. I ordered a bagel with egg and no cheese, plus a cup of water, but my order was made wrong twice — both times with bacon and cheese. It seemed like they weren’t understanding the request at all. The cashier was friendly and tried to help, but even then the egg still had cheese, and I never received my water. I had to leave, and when I finally took a bite, the bacon tasted awful and was inedible, so I threw it away. Very disappointing overall.
Waited 20 mins for a coffee. Guy working ignored the side where people place orders so after waiting 7 minutes without anyone asking me if i wanted to order i ordered online and sat down to wait. I then saw the guy making the drinks take care of 3 people who were behind me without making my order. I got up to ask him if my coffee was coming and he ROLLED his eyes at me and said “ i have to make it”, after waiting more than 20 minutes. Will not be coming back.
terrible experience it said they close at 7:30 and they had the doors closed and machines cleaned already by 7:15 ridiculous
