I came about 45 minutes before close, maybe that was rude of me? Regardless, that shouldn't excuse them from me having to wait nearly 10 minutes at the drive thru window for only 3 items (bagel, hash brown, iced drink). Not to mention they charged me for an additional item that I had not asked for (I only wanted 1 hash brown and I was charged for 2 and didn't know until I was almost home).
