2 stars for the morning crew. The guys working the window and register are decent. The woman with dark ponytail - perhaps the manager? - put her bare fingers on part of the food when picking it up which I didn't eat and threw it out- gross - and then tries getting rude with you. She should not be working there I've reported the incident to Dunkindonuts.
This place is amazing, staff are happy & work hard . Restaurants clean& restrooms too I heard the manager & crew was in first place in 3 states(Eastern Massachusetts, Connecticut, in Rhode Island for raising donations above 4800 for child hunger foundation. This place very bad I ordered two croissants with bacon, egg, and cheese that came with paper inside from the cheese. I’m not happy with that.
Vanessa runs the show here and had been for a while still the reason my family comes to this specific location. So nice and everyone welcoming and if they get your order wrong they’ll fix it honestly the best dunkin nearby
