Makes you think twice when you read these reviews. I don't like writing bad reviews but it must be the labor shortage. The very seasoned ones know what they are doing. Always seems like a training ground there. Last time and times before that, if not someone you recognize, the ones taking your order look like deer in the headlights, just nothing happening. 2 stars for the morning crew. The guys working the window and register are decent. The woman with dark ponytail - perhaps the manager? - put her bare fingers on part of the food when picking it up which I didn't eat and threw it out- gross - and then tries getting rude with you. She should not be working there I've reported the incident to Dunkindonuts.
This place is amazing, staff are happy & work hard . Restaurants clean& restrooms too I heard the manager & crew was in first place in 3 states(Eastern Massachusetts, Connecticut, in Rhode Island for raising donations above 4800 for child hunger foundation. I had to come and check it out for myself. My service was great. This place very bad I ordered two croissants with bacon, egg, and cheese that came with paper inside from the cheese. I’m not happy with that.
