Wow ordered one of the new hash brown scrambles it was hardly warmed topped with ice cold cheese. We politely asked for it to be re made and reheated…it was stirred not heated at all and handed back with a smirk. Prime example of how Dunkin’ has gone downhill.
On December 7, 2024, the morning crew failed to show up to work. Hours are posted as 4 AM. At 4:44 the place was dark and had mobile orders, pending on the screen as I drove up to the drive-through window. On top of that, they messed up my order yesterday and gave me everything bagel with sausage instead of a plain with bacon . Traditionally frustrating service wait time in the morning that I just accept, but this is getting ridiculous and I’m now skipping the store and going to one closer towards work.
Its dunk! Not much to say staff is always nice and respectful
