This is my doughnuts before I even touched them. Staff was nice but definitely didn’t expect a missing chunk out of my doughnuts. Would’ve went back but I was in a hurry but this was super annoying. I will check my food before I drive away next time.
This morning I came in like always on Saturday and the service of the front counter was very nasty. I asked for my milk in my coffee , I received and irritated look for that. Everyone else from drive through is receiving there order I'm still waiting. When I asked she checked slide my food on the counter, I asked for a bag the manager in the drive through, had a attitude as well!! Ordered from Uber Eats and they forgot a whole sandwich like how you forget a whole sandwich i could see a condiment and the other 2 sandwiches were burnt that I ordered.
I used to be a loyal customer, visiting this location regularly, but my experience on May 29th was beyond unacceptable. The staff were rude, rushed my order, didn’t provide a receipt, and ignored my concerns. Most disturbingly, after a few sips of my latte, I discovered a ROACH in the cup. I was horrified and felt sick for the rest of the day. Despite emailing and calling, I’ve only been told the issue is being “escalated” with no real response or resolution. Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
