Disappointed with the lack of attention to basic service details. Frustrating experience that should be easy to avoid. I was handed an iced drink in the drive thru with no straw. What am I supposed to do during the entire car ride just stare at it? I asked for a toasted bagel but there was nothing toasted about it, just an untoasted bagel.
