Machine is never working for frosted coffees or cappuccino blasts . Told me to come back at a later time and when I came back it still wasn't ready. Next day all the sudden it was broken. The wait times are ridiculous . Update !! I spoke with the GM today . And apparently the employees are lying saying the machine is broken or that they don't have the Mix for Cappy Blasts , because they don't want to make them . Drive thru averaging about 1 car per 10 minutes at noon.
Awful, we order for our office and they always get it wrong, or do not have enough,. Order 5 boxes of 50 munchkins and they delivered 2 boxes of 10 and didn't change my price or anything. rip off.
Ordered avocado toast with bacon. Waited 20 minutes. No Bacon and the bread wasn’t toasted.
