I'm beyond frustrated—today marks the second time I placed a mobile order, paid for it, and showed up at the store only to be told they’re out of milk or bagels. To make matters worse, they can’t even cancel the order or issue a refund on the spot, despite having the system right there. We ordered ahead and did not get what we ordered AND sat in the drive thru waiting for our food and drinks to be prepared for 15min. They were out of plain bagels, almond milk, and oatmilk. They finally gave us drinks but forgot our food, the cup of water we ordered, and did not even give us the proper coffee order.
I have only used the drive thru in the morning and it is very slow! It takes them a while to acknowledge and take your order and then when you pull up to the window you have to wait again and I am only ordering coffee. There are no customers inside the store and you can see there is no sense of urgency for the employees to fulfill the orders.
Worst Avacado toast(just layer of avacado) and bitterest coffee we had! We couldn’t even take few sips 🤦🏻♀️
