I paid $4.65 for room temperature milk. This was supposed to be a strawberry dream protein refresher. Where’s the flavoring and where’s the cold foam? Gross.
Went to Dunkin today around 1–2pm and had one of the worst experiences I’ve had there. I ordered an Oreo Cloud Iced Latte, and the male worker rang it up correctly but made a completely different drink — a frozen version instead. I politely told him it was wrong and said he could keep the incorrect drink, but he insisted I take it and remade it. The problem is… the remake was STILL wrong. I came in Saturday may 2 around the afternoon noon. The two employees that help me were very polite and friendly. The cashier was very joyful and made my coffee perfectly. Props to them. I’ve always had a good experience going to this dunkin, but those two really put a smile on my face. Thank you
