I went to Dunkin on 87th street oak lawn Il Asked for a hot cappuccino and they ended up giving me hot milk. I am so disappointed that they don’t know the difference between hot cappuccino and hot milk and they still charged me $5 for a small hot milk
I visited this place three times in the morning, and unfortunately, my experience with the female staff during the morning shift was very disappointing. They were quite rude and seemed not to care much about the customers. However, I want to give a big salute to the gentleman working in the kitchen. He was patient, helpful, and genuinely took care of the customers. His attitude and customer service really stood out.
