Can the owners please get rid of the horrible people working here. The girl with the glasses whos always here truly aucks at this job. She should be in a different location because wow what a lack of wanting a job. This needs to be seriously fixed. For way to long have we all suffered at the hands of someone who refuses to do the job. Like go somewhere else with your lack luster of work ethic. Wow I use to love there hot chocolate now I hate it! It's so water down you can't even taste the chocolate very disappointed this place going downhill even the workers suck with the attitude
