You have to learn some basic english! Nobody from entire shift was able to have a basic conversation to make an order! And then two americano took 12 minutes for them to prepare.
Very poor service. There was only one person taking orders while the other workers stood around talking and laughing. It wasn't even busy , it's not like they were making food or drinks. I got frustrated and left without buying anything. Customer service is not a priority at this location.
