Make sure to ask for napkins because they don't give them out when you buy food through the drive thru. Why should I have to ask every time? Also they can't understand simple requests. They always say they can cut the sandwich in half but it never ends up happening. You can tell the employees don't care about there job so I'll bring my business elsewhere. You can do better staff and management.
Terrible service, the employee that took drive through order was awful.
I came 3 minutes before dunkin should close. But the door is locked. then I went to the drive thru then one of the workers opens the window and I ask for Donuts. Then he tells that he throw out the Donuts a FEW MINUTES before that I came and I'm reminding you I came 3 minutes before dunkin closes. That's the same if I was the person who gives out the payment to the workers. And one day the worker comes to get he's money and then I say I used the money a few minutes before u came sorry. LIKE THE HELL IT THIS
