Worst DD I have ever been, waiting more than 20 min on the drive thru to get only coffee, they need to do better is a new location but worst service.
My daughter ( who appears to be about 14 to 16yrs old but she's 23) and I visited this location today and we very dissatisfied with the food and especially the customer service. We were in drive through to get the snackin bacon that I ordered crispy and I advised the guy of thos 3 times each time he repeated my order he would leave out crispy, a small guava refresher and hash browns, loaded hash browns. We finally get to the window the young lady gives us the food and the bacon is not crispy it looks under cooked. I tell the... read more
35 minutes. 35 minutes is how long it took for me to order 1 coffee. On top of that, the drink was packed with ice from top to bottom. Owner is clearly trying to cut costs by having minimal employees and packing orders with ice
Got coupons in the mail when i went to use them they told me their register wouldn' scan them so I couldn't use them even though this was one of the locations on the coupon, I will never go there again! It's like false advertising!!
